- Supports people with disabilities seeking to establish an independent life style. Includes housing, employment, transportation, and personal care.
- New program - toddlers & family training funds to be able to attend conference/workshop training to assist in dealing and handling children and infants with disabilities.
- Restricts aid to people with disabilities or their families and give money primarily for disability related expenses. Will also assist with loan applications.
